Thomas Brisson is an Upstate New York based artist living and working in the capital region. Brisson earned a degree in Drawing and Painting from Hudson Valley Community College, and a BFA in painting from SUNY New Paltz. He has shown in various galleries in Upstate NY and his work can be found at Second Street Studios in Troy, NY where he works and co-manages an exhibition space which holds monthly exhibitions.
